Coriander Chutney (Dhania Chutney)

This green chutney is a very versatile and useful chutney at home, I always prepared some and fridge it up. It could use to serve together with any Indian snacks like pakora, samosa, vadas, pav and even as condiments to go with sandwich.

Ingredients:
1 bunch Coriander leaves
2-4 Green Chilies(Depending on the spice level you like)
1 small piece of ginger (around 1 tsp)
1 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
2-3 tsp lime/lemon juice
1 tsp  Salt or to taste

Clean and briefly cut the coriander leaves, roast cumin seeds (to save time, you could just microwave the cumin seeds for 1.5 minutes, it roasted the cumin seeds alright).

Add a little water at a time, around 1-2 tbsp to grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste, as long as the grinder starts running smoothly, stop adding water to it, you do not want a very runny chutney in this recipe.

Something to keep in the fridge all time!
